Is it okay to buy Zynga game cash and items from another website?
No. Purchasing game currency or goods from third-party vendors is dangerous. They can harvest your information and misuse it, trick you into giving them your password, and steal your game cash. It’s a violation of our Terms of Service to purchase from third-party sellers. Play it safe, and buy while you’re in the game.
How do I know that the site or page I land on isn’t really Zynga?
Scam pages and sites are often very convincing. Jonathan little. They may use Zynga images to try to trick you into believing that they’re legitimate, and sometimes they even have “Zynga” or related game names in the address. If you suspect that it may not be a real Zynga page, manually type www.zynga.com into your browser to visit it directly.

Report the player in-game. Zynga reviews all reports of potential unfair gameplay. If a player is found to be in violation of Zynga Terms of Service, action may be taken against their account.
My friend showed me a bot plugin that’s supposed to allow me to level up really fast. Are there any downsides to this?
Yes. While they may sound cool, third party software can harm your computer. It’s a violation of our Terms of Service to use them, and doing so can result in a suspension of your game account. Zynga works hard to create a fair and level playing field for all of our players.
I received an email that appears to be from Zynga, telling me that my account will be banned if I don’t follow the instructions.
Is this really from Zynga?
No. This is a method often used by hackers to gain access to your account. Legitimate warnings issued by Zynga will occur in-game, upon login. Zynga will never ask you for your password. Report the message by using the Report Abuse link on the social network platform, or submit it to Zynga Customer Support, and then delete it.
I got a message from the Zynga Police, telling me that I am in violation of your Terms of Service, but I didn’t do anything wrong. They asked me to confirm my account. Is this really from Zynga?
No. This is an attempt to gain access to your account. Report the message using the Report Abuse link, contact Zynga Customer Support, and then delete it.

As a social game, Zynga Poker allows you to play with your friends and family. But do you know how to add a friend? Follow this short article, you will find the answer.
You can find and invite people on Zynga. We are in the era of social gaming. You invite friends to Zynga Poker by entering their individual friend codes. If you’re playing the Facebook edition of the game, you can just invite them via their profiles.
To make random people buddies, then simply click on their avatar, go to “Add Buddy”. You should see an animation of a mail flying from you to your request. If they accept, then you two should be buddies.
Screen name:
You can find a friend typing his screen name. Select the ‘Screen name’ radio button and as you type (at least 3 characters) your friend’s screen name in the text box, the most relevant results start showing dynamically in the results area.
Web mail provider:
You can find and add friends who are system players by looking up contacts from your email address book.
Click on one of the available web mail methods (Gmail, Yahoo, etc)
Enter your email log-in credentials when prompted (Make sure that your browser enables pop ups)
When asked if you agree to share information with the system, click ‘Agree and allow access’
Contacts that are already in the system will be shown. Add players as friends by clicking ‘Add’ button.
